i am chef myself , working in london for 5 years and have rewards for my work with medals and 1 cook book so far ,willing to bring that flair from london to bombay. i have worked in some high profile restaurants and hotels ,and want to put my passion and culinary flair,to improve dining experience in india.so any kind of input will be seriously appreciated, and sensible comments and ideas will be taken on board .many thanks
