Hygiene is in the mind, just remove that block from your mind, until you don't cook yourself you will never find a hygienic food anywhere, Well you can try Sukh Sagar at chowpatty, its the most trusted and best rated by all the vegetarians.
Another one is sadanand at Worli, all these restaurants are hygenic n well known so u can try them.

I am not sure about Mumbai.In delhi try Sagar Ratna and Sarvana Bhavan

I just went this summer.... I do reccomend Haldi Rams
My mom was going crazy tryign to find a good resturant so we wouldnt get sick

I have a proposal to open such a restaurant. It would be hanging in the sky on a big aeroplane - hydrogen filled - and please visit. I shall announce its opening. At present, please don't believe, every hotel is cooking commercially but we can not eat commercially.
