Hey I did yoga in Mumbai for a while, it really helped. But if you do not have a gym, you should do excercises such as crunchies, sit ups,push ups, running, bench weights, skull crushers, preacher curls, and jogging. As for walking, power walk (walk fast) otherwise it is not a good idea. I will give you some sites that describe some exercises to do. Exercise daily,and do not forget to drink lots of water,otherwise you may risk dehydration.

depends on your body type. Mesamorphic body types can get really muscular, Ectomorphs are those that are super thin and dont build muscle (still have it but not as much), and an endomorphs diet affects the physical aspect of that person. You should if anything start lifting weights, you can use something as simple as cans or your furniture.

well go for a little run every day or do a big run 3 days a week
mabye move some stuff around in your lounge room and do some push ups jogging on a spot liffting heavy stuff from around your house aka don"t break it.
