I am going digital. I love to take pictures and love to experiment. I would like an SLR, any suggestions? Also any must have accessories(like filters)? My budget is roughly $800.

i have an old AAA battery charger which supports 300-400mnhz. i bought a new digital camera and its 900mnhz. will my old charger be able to recharge this battery or will it blow up or do i have to purchase a new charger.

I have a Nikon D50.

There is this small fleck of dirt that I see when I'm looking through the viewfinder, but it does not show up in the photos. I checked, and it's not on the sensor. I have cleaned the mirror, and but it's still there. It is not a huge thing, because like I said, it's not in the pictures. But it's so bloody annoying, I just want to scream.

How do I get rid of that little bugger?!

Hello, I am hesitating between the Canon 400D (Rebel XTi) and the Nikon D80. But my choice will be partly dictated by their range of lenses. Is there a good web site with reviews of lenses, ideally including Sigma and Tamron. Many thanks

Does anyone know how to place a 3x3 grid onto the LCD screen of a digital camera? Specifically, I have a 4mp Kodak EasyShare One. Taking a photography class, I feel a grid on the lcd screen of my camera can better help me understand the law of thirds. Thanks.

Brand names ? Nikon, Panasonic, Kodak which is best and why... I want a good camera don't wanna spend too much or little. How do I decide. I have looked at 7 mp cameras at Walmart the panasonic, the kodak, and the 5 mp nikon are in my price range but what are the differences?
