I need to have view finder cause if I don't that eats up the batteries, image stability and very good quality pictures(day or night)...The cameras are Fujifilm FinePix A600,Canon Powershot A530,Kodak Easyshare C633 and Kodak Easyshare C743.

I just bought the Canon PowerShot A540 for about $175.00 on Amazon.com and I'm glad I did. It's a great camera -- very user-friendly, takes great pictures, and has a much bigger view screen on the back than the A530. I was also pleasantly surprised when I took it with us on vacation last month and our rechargeable batteries lasted a LONG time. I'd recommend this camera to anyone, and I'm picky when it comes to cameras. WARNING: Doesn't matter what camera you get -- the only way you're going to get good quality pictures at night is with a tripod where you set your camera to aperture priority and leave the shutter open for at least a full second without using the flash.

If I were to judge the Canon camera you chose and the A540 another reader recommended via Website dpreview.com;;;I'd go nuts. Many people liked the A 530 and A540 but many seemed to hate it . Neither the A530 or A540 has any image stabilizer. The Fugi A600 has no image stabilizer nor a viewfinder. I did not find any info on the 2 Kodaks. Maybe pick another four? What price range are you looking at? ere21222@yahoo.com If you don't enlarge photos more than say 5X7 youe Canon A530 should do just fine, likewiswe Fugifilm FinePix A500. The Fugi has no image stabilizer but does have a viewfinder. Either one could be bought for $100 or so.
