I am looking to buy a new digital camera, mainly because I am going on a trip to Europe in the near future. I'm looking for a good camera, and I was wondering if someone could tell me what they thought of this one: http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?logon=&langid=EN&sku_id=0665000FS10081431&catid=
The price is in Canadian.
Thanks in advanced.

I am needing a new digital camera, as my sony f707 is dead! I LOVED the angling lcd and need to keep the "live preview".

The features I want improved are the red eye, and the time lag between shots.

The cameras I am considering are the canon S3 IS and the olympus 330. An odd combo to be comparing! I REALLY want to keep the tilt lcd screen!

Any thoughts out there about what I would be gaining with the olympus?

Any estimations as to when other companies will be coming out with live preview on their DSLRs?

Thanks for your help!

When I connect the Digital Camera to the Computer's USB Port using the supplied cable that came with the camera, I get an electric shock. Because of this problem I cannot download any pictures from my Digital Camera to the Computer.
Electric Earthing has been checked and it is O.K.
The Computer has been checked and it is also O.K.
What else can go wrong? There is obviously a current leakage inside the computer, but how do I identify and locate the problem and correct it? Any ideas? Please help.

Hi,
The voltage supply in India is 240 Volts at 50 Hertz. How well would a electronic gadget (ex: digital camera with rechargeable battery) adapt to the voltage supply here ? do i have to buy accessories to use such items ? any backward or forward compatibility available with these devices ???

I don't want a real expensive one, yet I don't want one that's going to break down in a couple of months. I heard some good things about Sony and Cannon, but any other kind of specific help would be great.

I have tried over and over to get a good photo of Jewelry with my HP Digital Camera. I try different lights, flash or no flash, close or far, net around item, and still no luck. Can it be done with a simple camera or do you need special equipment?
I have a little white tent got at Christmas but it is too hard to use, cumbersome?
Any ideas?

Give each kid a heart. 1 heart says I another says love and the 3rd says you. Have each kid hold one heart. But i'll take individual pics Then make the 3 pics into 1 valentines day card.

It's an HP Photosmart M425 and it always works just fine when i transfer my pictures to my computer (it's a Dell Dimension 4700, if that matters), but I put a memory card with pictures taken by a Konica Minolta Dimage E500 in it, and the computer won't connect to it or read the pics. The cards are exactly the same type and size, and both cameras show the pics from the other ones card when I switched them, so why can't the computer read them? I don't have the right kind of mini usb cable to plug in the Konica, which is why I am trying to figure out how to do it this way.

My Fuji FinePix takes fine pics and is fine all round with one exception. The very irritating short rechargeable battery life. Four batteries gone in half a day and maybe 20 photes. I refer you to the yellow question. Thanks.
