I don't. I use a digital camera like this answer section is dedicated to.

Tare means if your weighing lets say water in a cup. Put the empty cup on the scale and hit tare. That balances out the scale so when you have water in the cup the scale has already equaled out the cups weight. Oz means ounce, dont know waht dwt means.

oz must be ounces and I'm thinking dwt is digital weight
