I want a digitial camera. Nothing fancy. I just want it so when I go out/traveling/whatever I can take pictures. Just something I can take simply pictures and then post them online/e-mail

How do I figure out what I will need? I look online and I hear all this stuff about megapixels, gigabytes and those words mean nothing to me.

just ummm i have this camera and it doesn't work and sometimes flash works and sometimes is doesn't and i was wondering if you can tell me, that's my only concern... but ya, saometimes's there's flashs "flash option" and sometimes there isn't.. it's probably a daytime setting, or something, but if you could tell me it'd be alot easier, and it would save me my lunch break, and actually eat...so it you could do that, it'd be like taking a bolder off me. THANKs

Christmas gift for beginner / intermediate photographer. We travel a lot so weight and hassle to use is a factor. Any suggestions?
Price is an object. I'd like up to a 200mm lense. Any particular models to stay away from

Just purchased mine yesterday. Am in love with it. If you have this camera, how do you find the image quality? What is the best feature you have used that keeps you using it again and again?

I want one that has great zoom and that takes great pictures even when moving. My mom has one that takes good pics when moving but the zoom is bad. and my sister has one that has awesome zoom but they come out sooo blurry if you move the slightest bit. Is there one that does both? And is affordable?

Also, where is the best place to shop for digital cameras? I'm thinking Wal-Mart, but you may have better ideas!

Where can I buy a really good digital camera, under 200 dollars, 6 megapixels+ and worth the money?

I know some of them have like 1.5 megapixels. What are some of the better ones? I've seen a beautiful picture on the Nokia phones, and pretty good zoom capabilities with those, too.

I have an old Fuji that only has like 2, so you can see i'm in the iceages as far as the newer ones go. Of course, my camera only cost me like $299 a few years ago, and i know they have cameras that are like $800. what would the highest megapixel digital cameras cost? what would a pretty good mid-range megapixel camera be? I'm looking for one that has video capability WITH SOUND.

thanx
