Has anyone bought any of these? Set of 28 filters, very cheap! Please advise me on their quality. Is it worth the money?

Decent filters cost +$20 each.
High end filters cost $50 to $120 each.
And for digital, the only two filters you should ever need are a UV filter (optional) to protect your lens from gunk and scratches and a circular polarizer to reduce glare. The effects of all the other filters can be reproduced in Photoshop.
