Leica have two or three very nice and not too expensive models with all of these - D-Lux 2 and or 3, and V-Lux 1 - take a look. I just bought the D-Lux 3, and I love it - the V-Lux 1 has the vari angle monitor, plus alpha

I have a Fuji S9500 (called S9000 in the US). It has all these features but whatever you do don't buy it. The pictures from mine are just not sharp and clear. I compared it to a work colleague's and his was slightly worse! This camera's screen also only goes up and down, not sideways at all.
