There ain't no such thing.
However, in today's sale paper, Staples had a pretty nice Olympus for about $150 including a 512mb memory card.
The really cheap off brand cameras suffer from poor lenses, high noise, and terrible shutter lag. Go ahead and spend a few more dollars and get a camera you won't be fussing at every time you use it!
Try to stay with a camera manufacturer, Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Kodak or Fuji. They've been making cameras a long time and usually have better lenses and more features.
Good luck in your camera hunt!

i never like to buy anything new--so i go to ebay. i have bought 3 digital camers there--the first one i loved it so much i bought an identical one as soon as i could afford it--both used--i am very happy with both of these cameras. i also wanted a bigger Pixel camera by the same maker (Sony) so i again went to ebay. i found an almost new one with a lot of extras in my price range. i would try that if i were you--you may get the best deal there for under 100--remember to always check and see what the postage will cost u. know ahead of time the maker that you want and the kind--be as specific as you can--you will need to do your homework first so that u know exactly what you want-

Keep in mind that you get what you pay for and spending a little extra is sometimes is well worth it. To purchase a camera costs a good amount of money anyway, you don't want to waste 100 on something that you will not be happy with at the end. Rather put the 100 to good use buy adding to that amount and purchase something of better quality that costs a little more.

A good place is Circut City, and Best Buy. Walmart makes cheap quality things (thats what I heard). A digital camera under 100 won't be very good. A decent one starts at 200 or 300. Pixelage and zoom are very important, if you want good detail. Also, you want a skinny one, not large. My parents got me one for 600, and it works great.

Hi,
I shop a lot and to save time and money I use cheapest prices search engine. Almost every merchant is there and over a million consumer written reviews. You will find many other ways that will help you with questions.
You can shop online or you can go to a merchant and use the toll free phone number if you feel more comfortable shopping like that.
There are merchant reviews, over one million product reviews, compare by brand and a lot more. I hope I helped you and I wish you good luck.

I personally bought a sony cybershot camera for $130 from wal-mart which I really love, but you can get some pretty decent cameras for under $100 if that's all you have to spend. Here are some that wal-mart is selling right now:

http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5301382
Those are the only ones that looked to me like they might be decent cameras for under $100. If you want to look at spending slightly more I receommend this Sony one which is a slightly newer model than mine but is like the one I have:

Hmm, $100 may be a little too cheap for a good camera. If you could find a way to increase your budget to $200, try a new Canon. I have absolutely nothing but praise for mine.

Stay away from Kodak...if you drop it once, its done. Canon is a bit more durable, but out of your price range. Walmart is current carrying two Samsungs that are nice and have taken wonderful pictures for me. The one I have is a 5.1 megapixel and its the samsung s500. It was 119$ The other is a 5.0 megapixel for 99.87 in stores and it was on sale for 88.87 on the website.
I only got the more expensive one because it was pink to match my pink razr phone. =)
