Everyone spouts of about how much cheaper the Xbox 360 is but everyones to short sighted!!

I bought my PS3 in England in August and it cost me £425 with 3 games and 2 controllers and 60GB hard drive (only one you can get in England)

But recently I decided to get a Xbox 360 (no other reason then there where no games I wanted on the PS3 till January!)

I went to the shop and it was £250 for Xbox 360 preium with Halo 3 and Pro evo 6.. Bargin I thought, then when I was about to buy it i asked what else do I need and the guy said:

Wireless: £50, ouch!
Another controller: £30,
Battery Packs: £20 for two. (apperently not built in like PS3!!)
Xbox live which is £30..

So that went from being £250 for a next gen console (BARGIN!) To being £380, buy one more game to get same deal as PS3.. and...

Playstation 3 deal (60GB) £425
equivalent Xbox 360 (20GB) £415

Microsoft have just been very clever in selling everything seperatly to keep the cost down. AND PS3 is BlueRay!!

Hello i want to get PS3 o xbox 360, but I'm not sure wich one, I want wach movies on HD or blue ray, I have the Wii , But I want clear pictures.

My VCR is being a Taco (jerk) but i can watch any channles on my tv but my put in an old video called The Mask(movie not cartoon) and it plays the video but no picture and sound, just a BIG FAAAT blue screen. I need help, What should I do???

if my uncle screwed it up, he will pay(he ruins vcrs).

I can't find many reviews of their cameras. Specifically I'm looking at the vivtar 5355 5 MP. I've googled and cannot find much information. They have some good deals but I do not want to buy crap just because it's cheap.

I do my 'serious' gaming on my PC...

'Serious' = World of Warcraft, Bioshock, Half-life, Guild Wars etc...

I want a console koz' my PC is costing me too much to keep current/up-to-date...

I am somewhat sceptical of the Wii's motion control. I admit that it is intruiging and original, but does the novelty eventually wear off? I am afraid of wasting my money on a gimmick...

I have played Xbox but not a Wii...

I want to make a purchase of a "good quality" camera for an upcoming study abroad trip. I want one that can still take good pictures without a flash in dim light..if possible. I am willing to pay up to 300. What can I get the most bang for my buck with.
