Yes. The PS3 looks good on a regular TV, but it looks a lot better on a HD TV.

I have seen several online pics of the PS3 on a standard Tv and they look better than a PS2 graphic wise by a long shot but to reach the PS3's full potential for sound and graphic quality it is better to have a hi-def Tv.

Yes. I use mine on regular 100 Hz, 25" Flat screen TV. The picture is great. But I plan to get 1080p HD in the future, HD is still better.

No PS3 is the way to go. If you plan to get hd-tv soo nthen get ps3 and enjoy.

its best to have internet set up to though.
