Can I play online with someone in Europe? More specifically Slovakia if they have a PS3?

Sweet! I'm not speaking of any specific game, but I have family there so I was just wondering if they get a PS3 anytime soon we could play

yes i have friends from uk and argentina on my ps3 and i live in oklahoma the ps3 is not region locked so you can play against them and even have a video chat with them if you get the playstaion eye

my kids seem toplay with everyone! all over! Everywhere! Even speaking different languages (enough ya know...)
