we have 1 tv in teh living room, i want to get my son a new tv soon.. will we have to pay for another cable box? we have cablevision... we pay $153 per month for tv, phone and optimum online... how much extra per month will another box be??

I have a Sony 52XBR3 LCD TV. Any time there is a bright flash or fast motion being imaged, the screen displays smalls squares as if the display can't handle the sudden, extreme movement of the image. Is there anything that can be done to eliminate this?

I have been looking at reviews for a lot of wirless gaming adaptors and they all say that they overheat, reboot themselves every 30 minutes, or they are imposible to hook up? I also haven't found one that specifically says that it is compatible with the playstation 3.

I was thinking about getting this camera but i wanted to know if its a good one. And is the price good. Its on sale for $269.00. I know its kinda bulky but i dont mind the size. i am going to start learning photography as i am a beginner in this field, i am not much aware of cameras also. So far i have read online reviews and other books for camera and i am looking for DSLR camera for me to give best performance. now i have two options which i want to buy between.
first Nikon D40x or nikon D80.
i am quit confused which one to buy. it is difficult for me to give judgement. i need advise from professional people which one to buy for best suit to me and why ? i heard there is a lens attachement difference between them, but i would like to ask you that i am not gonna buy costliest lenses in future for atleast two or three years till i go professional.

i was curious were i can find new and upcoming technology. i now popular science has a site(popsci.com) and also cnet but are there any other sites that have new technology, also up coming technology, rumors of new technology, leaks from top electronic companies ext.
i also if they could daily updates it would be nice so something new every day, something resent.

Is it possible to have 2 PS3 names under 1 Account Meaning say my e-mail for my account is bob@aol.com and my gamer name ID is like CoolKid25 can i delete that name and make a different one or just make another name to begin with and have two under 1 e-mail address. I don't have a HDMI port on the HDTV I'm using so I bought a HDMI to DVI-D cable.

I haven't had problems using backed up SD DVDs... I recently got Ratatouille (SD) and I wasn't able to get a signal on my HDTV via component OR the HDMI->DVI-D cables. I just got Troy (HD) and I still can't get a signal via the HDMI to DVI-D cable. I can however get video via component.

Below are the cables I bought:
