T-Mobile
-Customer Service has been awarded best by J.D. Power and Associates for 6 STRAIGHT YEARS

-MyFaves plans have the highest customer satisfaction rate of any plan: every person gets to pick five faves who they can have unlimited incoming and outgoing calls to no matter what service the person has...even a landline

-Plans are lower than Sprint and Cingular and DEFINITELY lower than Verizon's

-Families get unlimited text, picture, video, instant, and voice messaging for just $20 when some carriers charge you for picture messaging alone

-T-Mobile recently purchased 4.1 billion worth of spectrum for increasing coverage nationwide

-FREE ROAMING AND LONG DISTANCE...period

-T-Mobile recently purchased SunCom Wireless to greatly expand coverage in the Southern U.S.

-T-Mobile uses GSM Technology (which is the world standard) so you don't have to be nailed down to the same phone

Sprint w/Nextel
-Will Probably be out of business within the next ten years largely due to poor customer satisfation, image, and poor customer service

Ironically enough, the top two companies as rated by consumer reports as well as others, for both customer satisfaction and customer retention, are Verizon (#1) and Tmobile (#2). Verizon is the most expensive and Tmobile is the least!!! Go figure. Sprint comes in only one better than Cricket which is rated worst. Sprint's biggest problem is their "customer-no-service" attitude.
