I have been looking at reviews for a lot of wirless gaming adaptors and they all say that they overheat, reboot themselves every 30 minutes, or they are imposible to hook up? I also haven't found one that specifically says that it is compatible with the playstation 3.

Every PS3 except for the 20GB model has WiFi already built in, but I don't really know if a Wireless gaming adapter is compatible with the PS3 or not.
I think that you should go to the Playstation website and email Sony's Customer Service and ask them if a Wireless gaming adapter is compatible with the 20GB PS3.

I use Linksys, and so do many others. Go to Best Buy and tell them your situation, they'll probably recommend a Linksys because it is very reliable and an amazing product.
