Just wanted to know if anyone thinks it would be possible to get a Playstation 3 for cheaper than what it is through store deals and such or would it just be the same price as it is now.

Do the cables come with the system or do i have to buy them separate?

Can i play the games and watch dvd on HD right out of the box or do i have to buy extra stuff?

I have an HDTV if that helps.

I was thinking about buying a blue ray disc player but I still only have a standard tv and I was wondering if it still looks as good on a standard tv. Does it matter what type of tv it is?

i want to buy something with the money i got for my birthday... i don't know which one to buy.. either both psp and ps2 or ONLY ps3... im leaning towards ps3 because of FFXII and the probablility that a remake of FFVII might come out.. as you've noticed im a HUGE final fantasy freak and im really not sure of what to buy cuz I've also always wanted to play Crisis Core on the psp so ireally dont know... help

repairing my ps2 seemed complicated and time consuming, so i just bought a new one. now i have a ps2 that could possibly be repaired, it seems a waste just to through it in the bin. where can i send it for recycling, or advertise to give it away for someone else to make use of?

what is the cheapest one?
and can i come to verizon with a chocolate and add it to a different phone number? Well my friend sarah wants my phone. I read in playstation.com that in the next firmware update (1.94) will add vibration support for the Ps3 controllers. Would I need a new controller to use this feature?

Or was the vibration already installed but not activated???

umm...
how come i cant update it?
i still have 1.93 and ppl say they got 1.94...
i didnt get any messages saying to update.
i tried to do it manually but it says i dont need to update.
i went to see which one i have i says i have 1.93.
help?
i've heard 2.0 will be coming out soon.
cuz of the psp remote play needs it for the lastest psp update.

I went onto warhawk earlier to play and i saw that the new patch i had read about was out.
"Great" i thought
so i said yes download but it said there was an error
i tried about 3 times and foolishly forgot to write down the error code
however i wanted to show a friend warhawk so i decided to use the local game option
i went on just now and im no longer prompted to download the update
it just logs on normaly
but when i look for games there are no official ones
and i tried deleting warhawk game data and reinstalling it but theres no game data in the game data utility folder
is this happening to everyone or did i just mess up?

I have a question, last year purchas a panasonic sa ht30 is a sourround system in a box, however the dvd player only throws 480p (i) being that is not an HDDVD player, but I jus purchase a HDDVD player that I would like to use with my current speakers but the cable that sends the sound to the speakers connets on my DVD player, the amp is built in the subwoofer, is there anything I can buy that will traslate the sound from the new HDDVD to my current speakers? i woul hate to buy new one
