When I want to print on Letter, 8.5x 11, or any page size for that matter the margins area to the right is all greyed out; I can't click on the areas next to "left," or "right", "top" or "bottom" to make them even. Right now, they are set as Left: .25, Right:. 25, Top: .07, and Right: .50. This leaves my margins very uneven at the top and bottom when I print 8x10s on 8.5x11 paper. I've tried talking to my printer company (HP), and I was going to try chatting with Adobe but they are closed on the weekend, and unfortunately, are only open M-F 8-5, when I am at work.

I recently got my PC re-fromatted, so i had to re-install AVG (free edition) anti-virus. the installation went fine, but when the software tries to download the latest updates, i get a window having more or less the following message: " your installation is damaged and AVG cannot update". i tried un-installing and re-installing but i get the same message again...the virus scan works fine, n i have a problem with just the updates (which as every1 knows are crucial)... anyone have ideas on how to fix this..??

Every single time I do a scan with AVG Anti-virus Free it says that these three files are viruses.... user32.dll, shell32.dll, and ntoskl.exe. What are these files?

I recently had a automatic update with Jave 6 ever since I have had nothing but problems.

I get error such as:

1. Java cannot be loaded
2. to many java machines running

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Jave 3 times, I have done everything I know and have read to do but to no avail.

I thought maybe going back to the previous edition but when I go to the download centre I am not sure what to look for.

I am currently running an older version of Microsoft money on an XP Laptop but have upgraded to a PC running Vista. I am considering buying the 2004 Money release but cannot find any information as to whether this will run on Vista.
Is anybody else running this or have any similar programs they can recommend that do run on Vista?

My computer is saying that it has a non genuine copy of windows?? It broke a while i was away and my mum got the computer fixed but i believe that the person that fixed put a non genuine copy of windows on this computer. I have tried using the Key Changer program on the Microsoft website but it fails everytime. Is there a way i can re-master my computer??

I have two problems relating to a Powerpoint file:

1. When we double click on the footer in a MS Word file, it opens and we can make changes in the same but double clicking the footer in a Powerpoint file does not open the footer. However, if I access the footer from Menu ( View--->Header and footer), it does not show me the contents of the footer unlike the MS Word so that I may delete the old footer and add a new one. I can't delete the delete the footer text and insert the new text. Further, if I enter the Hindi text, the English text does not get deleted and the Hindi text is shown in the English letters only. How can I solve this problem?



2. I can't edit the Notes on the bottom of every slide. I need to change the English text into Hindi but whenever I put the cursor in the notes portion, the fonts window gets disable and I can't select the Hindi font from there. How can I get rid of this problem?

My laptop says that it was shut down improperlly then asks if I want to start windows, or start at an old safe point. I select one of these options then the windows bar comes up and begins to load, then,.........................nothing.

I was told I probablly need to reload the operating system. So, I should turn on the computer, load the disk, then what???
