most of my videos are in AVI form, and i want it to be in MPEG form, is there a software that i can download for free to do that? or is there a site that does it for you for free..

i bought 2 computers at a flee market and i wish to have all things erased off of them but dont want to pay $$$ i know if you have a computer you can erase the hard drive of another with it but i dont know how that is done

Whenever I am trying to select a particular folder with a single click it's opening the folder instead of selecting it, basically doing the function of double click all the time. I have reduced the speed of double click option from the control panel.

When i click on IE explorer i get a message as below
The procedure entry point InternetGetSecurityInfoByURLW could not be located in the dynamic link library WININET.DLL.

It seems this problem may occur if you are using a beta version of Windows Internet Explorer 7. To resolve this problem, i tried to upgrade to the release version of Windows Internet Explorer 7. However it still did not work. There was some information available on how to solve this. But it did not help.
Any idea on hoe to solve this?

I have a copy of Photoshop CS on my iBook G4. I want to use Photoshop on my friend's iMac, which hasn't got Photoshop on it. Am I able to just copy the application (and the Application Support folder) over to the iMac? I would think this is possible swince installation on Macs is usually just drag and drop from the disk image.
