Does any one know another way to stop my windows movie maker from freezing??? I dont have a slow computer!! Or just prevent it from freezing?. Iz there anything esle that works like windows movie maker?

Your system is probably a little low on RAM. There are many other movie editors, Adobe Primer being the best of the bunch. But is is spendy. Ulead Visual Studio works well. But I think I would check to see how much ram your system has. You will want at least 1gig, more is better. When a movie editor is rendering files it needs all of the resources, IE, ram, that it can get it's hands on.
To see how much ram your system has now just Right Click My Computer and choose Properties, and then click the General tab.

You have to save your project every 5 or 10 minutes it seems to be a built in feature of movie maker. (freezing) The good thing is that if you shutdown or restart your PC when it reboots it will open from your last save. i think movie maker is just a cock tease program, they give you just enough working tools to pique your interest in editing......they probably want us all to pay through the nose for programs like Adobe premier etc.

I don't know why WMM would keep freezing, but I can suggest a WAY better alternative. UleadVideoStudio. I have v9.0, but I think v11 is out now. It's way higher quality and easier to use.
