When I want to print on Letter, 8.5x 11, or any page size for that matter the margins area to the right is all greyed out; I can't click on the areas next to "left," or "right", "top" or "bottom" to make them even. Right now, they are set as Left: .25, Right:. 25, Top: .07, and Right: .50. This leaves my margins very uneven at the top and bottom when I print 8x10s on 8.5x11 paper. I've tried talking to my printer company (HP), and I was going to try chatting with Adobe but they are closed on the weekend, and unfortunately, are only open M-F 8-5, when I am at work.

Unlike word processor documents, margins can't be set in Photoshop. You have to place the image (even if it's text, for Photoshop it's an image) in the right place on Canvas. Or, at the top in the Print with Preview window, search Position and clear the check in Center Image, and you'll be able to move the image in the preview box.
