Software - May 2007

I have an Excel sheet with a bunch of question on it....I wanna be able to send the question to somebody so they can answer the questions on the page but not be able to modify the questions....I have seen it on PDF format....I am doing this for work and the are too cheap to purchase the full version of Adobe......Does anyone know of a freeware software?????

I have archsoftphotoimpresion program which i use to take my pics. Everytime i use it it offers to send an error report and closes down. I dont have the cd anymore to reinstall.
Is their any thing i can download for free to take the pics on my PC?

You know the little yellow rectangle that appears when you get new email, that sits in the system tray?

Is there a way to make it only come on when you have real mail? I get so much junk email that I always am thinking I got mail, when in fact it is worthless.

my windows vista just came,and for sure if i install it my xp mce edition will be removed. my friend said try to make a patition from xp before iinstall windows vista if i want to retain the xp,or to have both xp and vista in one hardrive,is it true?and can somebody tell me how to do it step by step,plese...i need your help..

looks like i ve had a browser hijack and my pc has been hit by a warm that sets ur homepage to "http://quicknews.info". Accessing the website, downloads some stuff and basically screws up your PC.

Anyone has any ideas how I can recover (besides a format)?

I copied the text from a column in pdf document. I want this text to be pasted in word doc and want to justify it but it remains as it is. How to justify text such that the spaces between characters are removed and continue the text.

Every time I use Firefox and open up a browser window, around 20 or so new browser windows keep popping up instantly. It makes typing or doing work impossible, because as I type, a whole horde of windows will open and I have to close all of them before getting back to typing what I was typing before. Anyone have any ideas if this is a viral problem and how do I fix it? Thanks in advance.

I'm currently running Windows 2000 Professional on my computer at home. I have sadly forgotten the password. I was given the computer 8 mos ago and i stopped using it about 3 or so months ago. Is there anyway to bypass the log on screen to be able to change the password or disable it so that i dont ever have this problem again?

i bought this new sony VAIO type s, and its in windows vista,(japanese).....and i wanted to hav xp....since i play games and cant read japanese..i tried installing it.. but u cant ..then i thought maybe u can format it?but. how?and my laptop wont recocnize the drivers after i install xp? HELP ME!
