What does it say?

You can try reinstalling the browser if its just browser that s not working.

Or you can try FireFox for a change.

What browser are you using? Microsoft does not like it if you go to their pages with anything other then Internet Explorer.

You may have a pop up blocker on or your web browser needs to be upgraded.

not sure try this

restricted zones


when you have found book marks or in history
go to those sites

or when you have a web page open above the task bar you will
see a globe - trusted sites restricted etc
click on that icon
choose restricted sites
add this site by in the address bar located at top of your screen
run tour moue accross that text it will turn blue
right click mouse
choose copy
go back to restricted sites
right click in that address bar choose paste
click ok apply etc
go back to that site you will not get in

these steps below will help clean up your computer


In Internet explorer at top of window select tools - then delete browser history
- then another box will open - select delete all- this will not remove your book marks
-Then close explorer then open again .At first pages will be slow once
and then will load fast after it loads 1 time.Also email etc you will have to sign in 1 time with pass word etc.
This will create new cookies.

Also go to start at bottom of on task bar.
click start 1 time then select find or search depending on your operating system.
Select all files and folders - then type in defrag and click search.When icons come up double click
and new box will come up - select analyze then you will see how fragmented you are -
then choose defrag.You can put this program on your desk top by right clicking on the icon you found in search for defrag.
Right click choose create short cut.This will put a short cut on your desk top.Then you can use as needed in future.

if you want book marks removed click on star at top of screen
right click the ones you don"t want choose delete
