I copied the text from a column in pdf document. I want this text to be pasted in word doc and want to justify it but it remains as it is. How to justify text such that the spaces between characters are removed and continue the text.

When you copy a PDF document there are hard line ends. There is a paragraph mark at the end of each line so they will not wrap. They don't justify since the last line in a paragraph always remains as is. You will have to search for the paragraph marks and replace them with spaces. You will have to look at the word help to find out how to for sure but it may be a search for ^p. You can also place your cursor at the beginning of each line and backspace to remove the paragraph mark.

You cannot edit a PDF document unless you convert it - which is easy to do.

Go to www.media-convert.com
which is a free, online converter.

Convert your PDF to Word, proofread well, then you are good to go. Be sure to save the Word document to a new name or it will overwrite the PDF.
