If your PC has two connectores (USB ports), there should be no reason it can not have two cameras attached at the same time. But make sure the cameras are able to work with Windows 98 (some do not, because they require USB 2.0).

If your PC has USB ports, then you should be able to connect the camera to it, it should pick up as a storage device, jsut like a thumb drive, it all boils down to thedrivers that the manufacturer has made, if they have not made drivers for Win 98, then you could have a problem.

What exactly are you trying to do? Windows 98 does support USB, but it sometimes doesn't work properly.
