Every single time I do a scan with AVG Anti-virus Free it says that these three files are viruses.... user32.dll, shell32.dll, and ntoskl.exe. What are these files?

those files are valid windows files depending on where they are located. If they are located in the c:\windows\system32 folder, then they are usually valid windows files. If they are located anywhere else, you are infected with something.

The best way to find a definition of these file is to "Google" them.

thouse are files that are needed for your pc avg is no longer anygood if you want help try help room two

do not delete these this happened with an update that microsoft sent to us and all you have to do is redownload avg7.5 and it should fix it for you. it did mine.
