I went to delete some stuff off the computer and just as I was finishing up, I wanted to simply empty recycle bin. I wasnt paying attention and I accidently deleted the recycle bin! How do I get it back? Thanks.

Hey guys my hard drive got corrupted today with all my Pics, Music, videos, and all my college work! I need to get this stuff back big time because i hadn't backed it up. silly me! i have insalled commandos 3 earlier and erased it...but now when i am trying to reinstall it..it gets installed in C:\windows... and the game is not working...it tells it must be installed in the application direcory...in the beginning of the installation it is not asking for the path of installation..it directly starts doenloading in c:\windows... how do i change the path of installation...

k, yea this is kinda weird but i click on the icon, open in and everything but it wont come up. it doesnt do anything. usually it takes like 5 minutes to open itunes, because its slow, but now after like an hour it still isnt wrking

I can change the color of the background, but i can't chage to a picture it will not let me select any picture in the list all the names have be replaced with numbers. If i click on a picture and try to set it as the background it only shows up for a few seconds when the computer is first starting up. I'm working with windows xp. Any suggestions?

I just got that Mcafee total protection. So I uninstalled my current antivirus program(CA EZtrust) I got it for free from my Broadband internet provider(RoadRunner-Time warner cable)
The problem is that when I try to install Mcafee it says that CA EZtrust Antivirus is still installed and will not install the Mcafee Antivirus
This is a real problem because now my computer is unprotected from viruses and i really need this issue solved like now

I am playing my Doom 3, or Trainz Railroad simulator, Grand theft auto Vice city, and a few other games. My computer Is compleetly able to run theese games...the specs pass. However some games wont do this...such as my sims 2, or sims 2 pets. What is causing this...and how can I fix it.

I know there are many video splitter for other fomats but I couldn't find any for rm/rmvb. I was trying to burn some rm/rmvb files onto DVD but failed to do so because those files contained an annoying AD that totally ruined the whole video. I just have 2 cut that stupid AD off my video! Could some1 recommend a free video splitter/cutter program for rm/rmvb format? THANKS!!!!

I want to make a column multiplied by a certain cell, but when i try to ctl+paste, it gives me the next row underneath for both columns

i want
A1*F3
A2*F3
A3*F3
A4*F3

and so on

but i get
A1*F3
A2*F4
A3*F5

when i try to copy and paste the formula

any ideas on how to fix this?

I'm a Linux newbie coming from a strong Windows background and am trying to learn Linux (SUSE 10) and set up a web filtering server using Squid and Dansguardian.

I've managed to learn how to compile and install both programs...which was a learning curve in itself. Now that I've installed them, how do I get them to start up automatically when the computer boots up? I have to type in the commands from a terminal window each time I turn on the computer to start both programs.

Example: sudo /usr/local/sbin/dansguardian start
...and then I have to enter the root password

How can I automate the startup...really, of any program in Linux. I'm sure it's not like Windows where you just drag a shortcut into a startup folder. :)
