There is no XP Service Pack 4.

1. There is NO official WindowsXP ServicePack4.. for XP.
2 Download updates ONLY from Windows Update site.
3 It will check and recommend the downloads needed for your
OS.
4. Select Automatic Updates in your computer
5 . Start/All Programs/ Accessories/System Tools/ Activate
Windows. If any problem contact Microsoft.

This service pack works with Windows 2000 Professional Windows 2000 Server Family only.

I am not aware of SP 4 for XP but you may want to look through the MS site for Windows XP as designated below

There is no SP4 yet for XP, I think there is for windows 2000 though.
XP has SP2 just now with SP3 due for the end of this year or beginning of next year

Service pack 4???? Wasn't aware there was a service pack 4. I'm currently working on obtaining my MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) and have seen nothing on service pack 4.

Not aware of SP4, but if you insist there is, do some reasearch. Go to PC world or just browse through microsoft website!

I do not understand where you got your infornation fron but there is not a SP4, only SP2
