I have some images that I need in a PNG format and at least 300 dpi. Does anybody know of a free program that would allow me to convert a picture to PNG and change the DPI?

in case you do not suggestions making use of two separate classes, attempt GIMP and YouTube Downloader. With the GIMP you are able to in simple terms open a document and save it as a various format, straightforward as that. The YouTube Downloader converts records by drag+dropping records and selecting a various format.

A program (freebie!) that rivals photoshop is GIMP. Just do a google search for "GIMP" and it will get you to the website. I downloaded it for XP but it is also available for almost every other Operating System there is.
