Drag an Outlook Icon into the "Startup" folder located in the Start Menu under "All Programs"

This might not be a good idea. It will slow your computer down when it restarts. Also, if for some reason Outlook experiences some type of error, which happens sometimes, your PC won't reboot properly at all.

I would recommend that you just create a desktop shortcut, much safer.

Right click on your Start Menu. Click explore. Open the programs tab, then click on start up. Drag and drop Outlook onto there. Good luck!
