A little more explanation, please. If you are trying to erase them, why do you want to save them? Do you mean that you want to put them on a CD or flash drive - so that you can have more room on your hard drive? If so, you can put your CD or flash drive in - right click the file or program - choose to send to CD or your flash drive.

eh???? Erase so you can save? This doesn't make the slightest sense. Do you mean "close" so you can save them? Or are you trying to make back-up copies....?????

the easiest way is to go to "add or remove programs" and then uninstalling them. However, if you have already tried this, then please tell me for further help.
You may need to log on to your administrator account. (Start>Log out>select whatever the administrator account is)
