I need to copy an .avi file extenetion on a DVD disk to then see ther video on my regular DVD player.

I have two MS Office Prof. programs, both legitimate programs and very expensive. One is Office 97, the other 2003. The 2003 software will only allow me to install it on two computers (one desktop and one laptop), but I have 6; 4 desktops and 2 laptops. (home, family and school). Office 97 will allow me to install it on all of my personal computers. I made the mistake of installing 2003 on a 3rd and 4th computer (actually my college student children did on their own) and now face buying additional licenses. I paid enough for the program am not going to pay more money for the 2 additional licenses.

Is there a way to downgrade back to office 97 without loosing my files? or do I have to delete the office suite and reload 97, then convert the files back to 97 files?

delete it from c:/program files though. It keeps saying "Access denied, make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use" Well, it evidently uninstalled because its not in my add or remove programs but it didn't delete it's folder in my "Program files" The only program I know of that could be using it still is Microsoft Office 2003 email, so I uninstalled that and then tried deleting PANDA and it still won't let me. What can I do to delete it from my Program files? I think it is spyware or something! Every time I open my email, a box pops up saying, "Te add-in "C:\Program Files\Panda Internet Security 2007..."could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu" Well, I click ok and then my email still works normally, but I want that and the folder in program files deleted off my computer. I even tried System Restore and it didn't work either. What do I do? Thanks

I try to download something from that website, after I click download, it says : Thank You for Downloading and then whatever the program was. Nothing came up saying anything to so with the program. I really want to create flash stuff. Can someone please help me?

Hi, I am trying to enter all of my daughter's swim times in an Excel spreadsheet. I cannot for the life of me find the format option which will allow me to enter minutes, seconds and milliseconds. There is nothing under time or Custom. I have attempted all of the ones that look like they will work, and it completely changes my numbers!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I put it under General, it still cuts off my last millisecond number. If anyone knows the format, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you

OK all this week i keep losing a lot of space in my hard drive without installing any program..I DON'T download music, I DON'T download programas, I DON'T download pictures, I DON'T download nothing..so why i keep losing space in my hard drive every single day..? What i can do..?

like,does it really ask you to give permission to do almost everything, like you gotta confirm all kinds of stuff? and if you shut it off, it doesnt ask you anything? any other problems? im not a mac user, so don't diss windows you windows haters. I just imported some video from my digital camera onto my computer. Now when I view them in Windows Media Player and, in turn, Windows Movie Maker to assemble a full movie, the clips appear very purple and green.

I would be usiing the operating system to host website. Do either of them crash a lot? Do they encounter many problems? Are they easily atacked by computer viruses, spyware, worms, etc.
