My advice is Fujitsu, Lenovo, HP, for an extremely low funds effective pc I propose vostro 1500 1400 from dell. in spite of the actuality that the vostro doesnt look as helpful it somewhat is a great and effective pc.

refurbished computers are cheap but they don't always use standard parts or may do crazy things to acheive something while refurbishing it.
the problem with that is you may run into trouble with software updates and have trouble getting it repaired when it breaks down
i would avoid these unless you really know what you are doing.
