I am working on Excel 2002 and am trying to modify XML View Options and Add and XML map to a work book. When I click data on my toolbar, there is no option for XML. How can I add that in?

Before I formated my pc I copied all my music to an Ipod and after I put it back I can only play Mp3 format and other music.

When I try to play other format it automatically opens the internet connection. I've been asked to download codecs but it still not working.

My mail box fills on a daily basis and I find it difficult with meetings etc to get round to reading all mails...I need to file mails so that i still have them (although wish I could just delete them all). I have a filing system set up but it doesn;t seem to work as I can never find anything when I need it....is there any easy way of filing in outlook whilst still remembering which folders you've put mails in to..

I have a folder of hundreds of emails that I want to export as separate files into a folder on our shared network. I don't care if they're .msg format or .txt, I just want to be able to select the whole folder and save them all at once. Thank you very much

Recently, I've been having this problem:
Wikipedia doesn't load in Firefox, whether it be the front page or any article in Wikipedia.

However, it loads all right in Maxthon(an Internet Explorer shell).

Does anyone know why?

I've recently bought my son a new computer and so have inherited his old one. I want to clear this PC, format the drive and reinstall windows XP.
I don't have his original XP disc but there is a sticker on the computer with a 'product key'. Would I be right in assuming that I can use any copy of a windows XP installation disc with this key to reinstall XP. Would it matter if the original disc had service pack 1 and the one I'm going to use service pack 2?

Also to copy all of the userS settings to the new install do I just backup 'Documents and Settings' and over write the new documents and settings folder in the new install- (does this folder hold any information from programs that have been installed onto the computer?

I bought a new Dell PC less than a year ago. A couple months ago I had to wipe the hard drive and use the restore disk. I am trying to install IE7 and keep getting the following error message: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." What appropriate permissions? What does this mean and how do I fix this? Thanks guys.

The DAT file i want to read is for yahoo msgr. the archive was deleted thru yahoo msgr but the comp keeps a coppy of it in a DAT file. what i need to know is how do i open this DAT archive file and be able to read it. I know ill need a program to convert it frome code, however i have no clue what one or how to find it. i need this asap.
