I have a folder of hundreds of emails that I want to export as separate files into a folder on our shared network. I don't care if they're .msg format or .txt, I just want to be able to select the whole folder and save them all at once. Thank you very much

On your screen, adjust the window size where you're able to view your Outlook and the network drive location window at the same time.

By using Ctrl and/or Shift, select the multiple messages you want to copy and then drag them over to the network folder.

Pretty simple to do. If you need further help, pm me.

You can also create separate .PST (Personal Folders) files and each folder of email into a separate file that will contain all the mail.

The benefit of this is that when PST can be opened in Outlook and all the sorting, advanced find options can be used to manage them again.

If you drag and drop them into the folder, you cannot put them back into Outlook.

hi vic, all i can say is you could resend or ahead the information.. or in case you what make a letter in Microsoft note then anytime you opt for to deliver an replace merely revised or edit the record keep in Microsoft note. that is the elementary way for me.. and about the address of your human beings that you'll deliver out make a folder record that each of the e-mail address is there, so anytime you want to deliver an e mail merely replica paste the information contained in the note.
