i can't read everything on the foeumn. ISO-8859-6?

Hi, all
many of my freind told me they can't read my message and also many of them i can't read it. i got this message
This message cannot be displayed as it uses a charset of ISO-8859-6 but your current language preference uses a charset of ISO-8859-1
by the way i tried everthing with my language tools
help me plz

ISO-8859-6 or -1 is an Arabic coding for Mac's and Linux. If you don't use either one, the only thing I can suggest is to check the Regional & Language option in Control Panel, then Advanced. If there is a checkmark by 10004 (Mac - Arabic), remove it, click on Apply then OK. And by the way, I have no idea what foeumn is?!?
