I mistakenly uninstalled Kazaa and the folder that comes with it, My Shared Files, which contains all my music is now deleted. Can I bring it back? Any hope at all?

Does Anybody know a Program that can compress videos without the use of codecs?

In need to put videos on my Video Player, But because it has no codecs the files are very big. i need a program that will compress .AVIs at the cost of quality.

is there a program that can both convert dvd's and other video files (mpeg/avi) into an mp4 file?

so far i've found a bunch of programs that can either convert a dvd into a mp4 file and a bunch of programs that can convert an mpeg/avi/other movie file into mp4 but so far no programs that can do both... am i searching for the wrong things, is this search useless? ultimately i just want to be able to convert all my video files so that it is in a format compatible with my Zune.

LINUX files and folder permission.?

like in windows 2003 ADMINISTRATOR has full rights to assgin any permission to any user or group in any folder or files by adding them.
is above said permission is also possible in LINUX.
if yes
please tell how to that .

Can someone please, please tell me why it is that I am unable to access "manage add-ons" through "tools" on my internet explorer? I have enabled several add ons and applied them through my "internet options" and still get the yellow bar at the top of every page I open that says "Internet Explorer is currently running with add-ons disabled. When I try to access the "manage add-ons" through tools on internet explorer it does not give me the option to. The "manage add-ons" is not highlighted in order for me to click on it. It was suggested to me to try this option in order to be able to download Windows Adobe Flash Player 9, which I guess is the latest version I'm needing. I'm unable to watch any videos or hear any music on myspace. PLEASE HELP! This just started happening today after switching from dial up to comcast high speed. I've already uninstalled the old version flash player 8 as suggested and am still unable to download the new version. I appreciate any advice on this!!!

just bought an external dvd burner and it came with a nero software.?

i have did the install and cant seem to get any downloaded movies burned. what am i doin wrong or is there something else i should do? where it says add a file , i try to pull them from my music folder but it doesnt show up.. HELP!!!!!
