well just install the software & after then open the Compressed file (just Open it will autometially open with winrar)

winRAR.com has a program there that you can use to extract files from a rar compressed file much like winZIP...only diff is zip I believe can not open rar files but rar can with winzip......if you have limewire do a search for winrar and look for the one that has the crack in it........ run it.....it will self install and you can from right click have options to extract the file there....where the compressed file is and open it to a folder view..... hope this helps!
