because its a bundled program wich has its limitations microsoft is not going to hook you up with something like that but if you need the undos get photoshop paintshop plenty of undoos but there not cheap paintshop should be around 50buck while photoshop is way upthere 4-6 hundred dollars if your just tootling around then stick with microsoft but if your editing photos then you must go third party not microsoft product

How about trying one or more of these totally free programs?
They will be more functional than Paint, and I bet you will have a lot of fun, too!

Because it was created for computers that didn't have that much memory expansion.
