Can someone please, please tell me why it is that I am unable to access "manage add-ons" through "tools" on my internet explorer? I have enabled several add ons and applied them through my "internet options" and still get the yellow bar at the top of every page I open that says "Internet Explorer is currently running with add-ons disabled. When I try to access the "manage add-ons" through tools on internet explorer it does not give me the option to. The "manage add-ons" is not highlighted in order for me to click on it. It was suggested to me to try this option in order to be able to download Windows Adobe Flash Player 9, which I guess is the latest version I'm needing. I'm unable to watch any videos or hear any music on myspace. PLEASE HELP! This just started happening today after switching from dial up to comcast high speed. I've already uninstalled the old version flash player 8 as suggested and am still unable to download the new version. I appreciate any advice on this!!!

This is similar to the other problem you posted.. did resetting internet explorer's setting help?

Open up Internet Explorer--
go to TOOLS.. and OPTIONS...
Click on the tab on the top that reads "Connections"
in the middle of the Connections window be sure that the radio button is selected that reads "Never Dial a connection" - click APPLY / OK
