I have two music files that are exactly the same, however the bit rate on the first file is 124Kbps and the second file is 192Kbps. Both files sound different in quality, just need to know if there is a link between bit rate and quality. No bit rate definitions, i know wat it is.

I installed this bloody thing the other day and now my shortcuts don't work! My documents, program files etc won't run from the taskbar or desktop. Anyone know how to fix this? I have tried re-entering them but they still won't work! Grrrrrrrrrrrr

I have Canopus DVStorm 2 installd and trying to upgrade form Premiere 6.5 to pro, but somehow am unable to get video our on the TV monitor, I can see it in my computer screen but not the Computer monitor. I even downloaded the "Adobe Premiere Pro v1.x Plug-in v1.53" fron the Canopus site, Along with the following installation instructions:
Filename: PremiereProPlugin_v153.zip
Released: 03/15/2005
Size: 16.9MB

Instructions:

Download the file PremiereProPlugin_v153.zip
Create a folder on the root directory of the system drive called C:\DLfiles\
Unzip the PremiereProPlugin_v153.zip file to the C:\DLfiles\ folder
Run the SetupMgr.exe file from the C:\DLfiles\ folder
Follow the prompts to install the package

What I cannot understand is where is this "C:\DLfiles\" folder ?

I have this game, X-men children of the atom, for pc. It says on the case it's for DOS, or it can run on Windows 95. there's 8MB install and 16MB install. It says if you have 8MB install, must run from DOS without WiN in background (Whatever!) I used the Windows compatibility Wizard, and set it for the 16 bit color, Win 95, bla bla bla, and no combination of settings works!!!!!!

a pop comes up which says "error loading IRPROPS.CPL, the specified module could not be found." I click on "OK" then window starts. Can somebody tell me what is that and how can I fix it. Seeing it everytime is kind of annoying. Thanks

I just bought this, and while tweaking a photo, noticed I can only "undo" one time ! If doing lots of changes, the next option is to "revert" so I lose ALL changes.....
unless I keep saving = a pain in the butt.

I'm asking to hear from other Mac users = which photo editing they like?
ColorIt ! = is suppposed to be OK for macs.
G.I.M.P. = looks good but very complicated. Is it free?
PhotoShop = I've heard it crashes on macs.

Any tips, any others?

when I install office 2007 Beta version, I get this error messege:
"your beta software has expired"
and nothing works when I run office programs, such as word, power point and etc.

on itunes in my music library. on like 400 of the songs (i have 1,100) there a little exclamation point next to it. and it says its original version cant be found. i no wat to do so i can play it but i dont wanna go through 400 or 500 songs. does anyone no a easier way?? plz help me!
