i hva several files in Lotus office smart suite and i need to export them into msoffice files

I had a program but forgot what it was called. I could "talk" to my computer and it would obey. For example I could open programs, websites or even type without touching anything. Anyone know of a good program to do this with?

I make a slide show every year instead of mailing cards, but some of my loved ones may not have PowerPoint and I would like them to see the pictures and text.

There are tons of files, I was resorting to trying to copy one by one but that's way too slow. Should I be using dos? If so what are the commands?

ok I have a movie that is a BIN File type and there is no .CUE file with it. When i use Daemon tools Version 4.08 it brings up a few files: VCD, MPEGAV, SEGMENT, and EXT. i dont know what to do from there. Please help me.

I downloaded some Spam protection on Sunday from Internet Explorer. I can no longer minimize any window, which also means
I can no longer TOGGLE! The minimize button now closes any window I have open. It doesn't send it to the Task Bar like it should.
I need to know how to get back my TOGGLE!!
I have looked many times in Tools, and am probably not seeing the right command. HELP!!!

ok, im new to this burning dvd's crap so im using this program called dvd shrink cause its the only program that seems to work without it saying something about a copyright or to large to fit on a 4.7gb disk. And it seriously takes like 1 hour just to put the files on my computer, then another 30 minutes to burn it on disk. im using dvd-r and dvd+r disks

I just installed Linux Ubuntu on an old machine of mine. Trouble is, it doesn't play sounds. I was warned that installing Linux would mess up the nonessential drivers, so I did a search and came up with the ALSA driver tarball. Unfortunately, I don't know what to do with it.

There is an option within windows that allows you to compress the data stored on the hard drive to regain some space. I still have 75% of the drive available but i was wondering what are the bennefits and what are the drawbacks of such an action with regards to access times, game frame rates etc?

If you can try the software for 30 days and you are happy with it and find it useful, why not pay for it? I don't understand why people insist on getting something for free if it's a good product. It cost the developer money to build it, why not reward them by purchasing it? Where are society's values?

Whenever I try to burn a dvd on idvd I get the following message:

"Errors were found during the burning process.
The recording device reported the media error:
Power calibration area error. (0 x 73, 0 x 03.)"

Do you know what this means, or what I can do to get it to work?

Trying to burn a cd from my songs on windows media player. It keeps saying to put in a blank disk. I have tried several disks (all new) Then it said windows media player cannot copy files to the recordable disk. I tried slowing the copy speed. This computer has 3 places 2 put disks in. 1 says disc, 2 says disc 40x max, 3 says dvd rom. which one do i use? The CD-R disks say 52x 700MB could that be the prob?
