Position your mouse pointer to the buttom of the screen and you should be able to see the taskbar pup up. If not, move pointer the the right side, or to the left side or top of the screen.

If all failed, and if your keyboard has a Windows key, press that Windows key and a window will pup up. Choose Control Panel from the list of services. In the Control Panel, there is a option Taskbar and Start Menu, clikc on this icon and a new window will pop up. In there, the second option is auto-hid taskbar, uncheck that option.

Taskbar is alway there, it might hid itself or you have arranged it to be some where else (by accident.)

You can drag the taskbar and pull it to anywere you want it to be (four sides of the screen.) You can also change the size of the taskbar.

cl Settings
cl Taskbar and Start Menu
cl "Keep Taskbar on top of other windows"

You can draw it to the top, bottom or side. When you have it positioned to where you want it, right-click on an empty spot on the Taskbar and choose "Lock the Taskbar."

The bar (usually on the screen bottom) that has the Start button on the left side and the clock on the right side.

If it's hidden, try moving your mouse to the screen bottom to see if the mouse cursor turns into an up/down arrow. If it does, just click and drag up.
