My system crashed and I am trying to boot the computer but it will not go passed the gateway logo. Is there a way to get this to reboot?

If you have the original restore disk from gateway or windows you can boot up using either of those sounds to me like you had a memory crash best thing to do is call gateway and see if they can phone trouble shoot it for you

Try booting off of your windows CD. If it boots, you know Windows has just crashed and reinstall it. If it won't boot from the CD it could be a hardware problem.

Boot it through a bootable CD and reload the OS to ur hard disk.

Have you tried booting it in the SAFE mode,
Press F8 button when in the booting mode.
