When I'm editing videos, out of nowhere the program will freeze my whole comp and I have to reboot. Is there a way to fix this? I'm running XP w/o SP2 ... I dont have a genuine windows version so I cant get SP2

I've got a 3.75 GHz CPU and 1 Gig of ram also a 256 MB Video card.

I have tons of free space on my C and D drive but my windows drive only has 800MB . I set the temp files to go to D drive so I dont think thats the prob.

sevice pack 2 is not your problem.... it could be you have not got enough disk space.... 1 second of video = 10 megabite of disk space, the next could be u have not got enough memory.

what version of Adobe Prem are you using?
now here is a tip do a search on the web for
adobe premeir+ user + groups
you could start at www.adobe.com to see if you can get a link to the user groups

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
