You can't do this legally, but if you are interested in breaking Microsoft's EULA, you can find a crack on the internet that allows you to bypass the genuine Windows Certification.

Easy - most stores will sell it to you - it's called Windows XP with Service Pack 2. Not only do you get the service pack, you also get a GENUINE copy of Windows XP!
