How can I find my recycle bin if it is not on my desktop or listed in program list?

Or right click the desktop and select Arrange Icons By... Type

Go to "start" "search" and type in "recycle bin".

right click desktop, go to desktop tab, click customize and make sure the recylcing bin box is checked
