Cpl stands for control panel. That place where you go when you click on Start/Control panel.
One of your icons in the Control Panel is flagging at the start up. Do a search for the code with Yahoo.search or Good old you know who, and see if it anyone has a fix for the individual problem before jumping off the edge of your couch.
If you can't live with it doing that, that is.
