where can i download a dvd copier other than dvd shrink which can burn copyrighted dvd's just wanna make my own house copies coz they get scratched alot

The computer wont start the install
It has win 98 but doesn't start up properly, its the black screen with white writing just showing

hi, first of all i'm from Lithuania and i'm not good in English, so sorry for my mistakes.
I downloaded that sofrware (YoSucker), and all i can see, is just some UNKNOWN files and i have no idea where tu put these files.
I read all the "readme" i found, but i couldn't understand them.
